I recently removed this item from the box and it is not what I expected to receive. Also, it has been out of the box for two weeks and hasn't inflated.
Love everything about this product well made, durable soft strong fabric, cushioning bounce back foam.
Ordered a queen size. It never fully expanded, even after 4 weeks laying out. I even tried keeping it in a warm room, sitting on it, and all the suggestions I found online for helping memory foam fully expand. No matter what I did, about a 12" strip along one entire side stayed flat and wrinkly, and also along the corners and a few other random places. This made for an uneven sleeping surface and the feeling of potentially rolling off the bed toward the flat edge. It was a HUGE inconvenience to have to send it back. I sent photos to customer service proving the defect, but in order to get a refund I still had to send it back. It obviously didn't fit in the original packaging, so I had to go buy a special box just to return this item. It was a challenge to get the thing rolled back up, plus had to make another trip to drive to UPS to drop it off. Otherwise, I liked how the protective cover had elastic straps to secure it to the corners of the mattress, and that the cover was removable/washable. The parts of the memory foam that did expand felt supportive but soft. Super disappointed this didn't work out, and it seems like a common issue with this product, so I won't be taking the risk of replacing it and ending up with another defective product.

I love that it has a cover. The topper was scrunched tightly in a box but quickly spread open. Our hard mattress now has the most comfortable foam topping. We put it in the guest room but are considering buying another for another bed. Thrilled with how indentations bounce back. A very good buy.

This is our second mattress pad. Mom likes this. We have it on top of the hospital bed and it's extremely comfortable.
Rec'd memory topper in box, and darn thing would not inflate or rise to 3inches. Followed directions!! Stayed flat less than one inch and maintained the folds. Hence friggin lumpy. Ugh!!!
I bought this topper because the mattress I had was too soft and low. This topper was just perfect for my soft and low mattress. I do not regret buying this topper.
This topper took some getting used to, but when I did…..it was HEAVEN! I love it so much, I'm buying one for the guest room!
