This was a total waste of money. It did stop the snoring because it was so uncomfortable you could not sleep. I did not return it because the dog seemed to like it.

I guess the idea is that your head is sideways facing downward somewhat along the slope of the pillow, either to the left or the right. The downward slope uses gravity to keep the tongue forward, thereby preventing it from interfering with breathing. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Snoring doesn't always seem to originate from the same location, from what little I understand of it. My "review" is still under review and may be updated later, if that's possible here. The literature asks for 30 days and it has been a week short of that. In addition, sometimes the pillow is just not comfortable enough to sleep on so I will use another. It's a bit too firm for my liking. Maybe that's needed to maintain support for the posture it imposes on the user. It's uncomfortable, and after a long period of time, begins to feel "hard." If it was the perfect solution to snoring, the discomfort would be a small price to pay. As it is not the perfect solution, for me, if I can't get accustomed to it, and if it doesn't work more consistently, it will just be one more thing to interfere with my already sketchy sleep. Time will tell.

  • Did not stop snoring

This pillow did not work at all. My husband found it very uncomfortable to sleep on. I guess it only works if you sleep with your arm tucked under your pillow, which he does not. We sent it back for a refund.

  • Hard, only good for side sleepers
    Verified Purchase

Bought this for my husband. He tried it for one night and won't use it again. Says that it only works when you are on your side with your arm tucked underneath the pillow. the pillow is so hard it put his arm to sleep and left his neck tilted up all night so he woke up with a stff neck.

  • It may or may not work for you

Can you lie on your side ALL night? Can you lie on one arm all night? Those are the instructions. I ended up keeping my arm at my side but then my head eventually falls off the end of the pillow. Yes, this pillow does prevent you from rolling over onto your back but it ALLOWS you to roll OFF the pillow. I use it to fall asleep but I inevitably find myself sleeping most of the night on a standard pillow. I recommend trying to stick with your CPAP or APAP even tho I quit using the machine too. I'll keep looking for other options.

I was really excited about purchasing this pillow for my husband since he has started snoring. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for him. Based on the instructions that come with the pillow, he has to sleep on his side for the pillow to work. So everytime he turned or slept on his back, he started snoring.

The product is supposed to "stop snoring", however, it did not stop my snoring. Oh well, back to the drawing board!

we were about to have a sleep study done, when I got the pillow- it is what we needed. I will say the improvement is not 100%, but it is about 85-90% improved. Choking virtually gone- snoring reduced by90% and he feels the amount of daytime fatigue is reduced. It is not the total solution, due to the fact you can't be aware of body posture when you are asleep- but he is more instinctively situating himself correctly during the night. I have also been sleeping better. if you feel mild sleep apnea may be the problem- I would have no issue recomending you try this first. ***~ made in America~completely worth it for those 2 reasons alone. Have you priced cpap rental, repairs, and supplies?????? not pretty! try this first- be patient and persistant and results will follow.

The pillow case is noisy. I need to make a pillow case that does not cause noise in my ear when I move, before I return to using the pillow.

The design is wrong for the head area for me. It keeps your head at an odd angle. I do like the place where you can put your arm. Not pleased.
