After unwrapping, air for a few hours to eliminate trapped odors. Due to machine-cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product. Due to the nature of memory foam, the firmness level of similar products may produce different firmness results. Once opened this product is not eligible for a return.

This product is not as advertised. It is only a 2 inch topper. It's advertised as 4 INCHES.
Serta should be ashamed to put their name on this! It will arrive in 2 compressed bags, I opened the plush first. It was less than 1/2" thick. I laid it flat, waited 24 hours, no expansion. I called Serta, they said to put it in the dryer for 30-40 minutes on no heat. I gave it 60, some slight expansion but nothing near 2". When folding this to return it, I took a picture of a stack of 8 layers, see for yourself it came to 6', not 16'. Plus I could easily compress all 8 layers to 2". I didn't bother to open the memory foam package, which is good because it wouldn't fit back in the box if it expanded at all. The plush layer expanded so little I was even able to get it back in the original bag!
