  • Awesome! Last 4ever!
    Verified Purchase

I purchased these sheets in March 2008 and have used them daily for over 2 years, they are wonderful! Very sturdy and i love climbing into them every night. My only complaint is the pocket's are not deep enough for my bed and i have to fix them daily, but i do have a very thick mattress. I would purchase these again as they last forever!

If you want a THICK Sheet this is the one, Best I have ever had. You have to wash 3 times before you use them to get them soft. and thay get softer with every wash. I love them so thick , great for winter, and summer as I dont need a thin blanket in summer. and I only need a thin Blanket in winter. I bought 12 sets as I have 7 bedrooms and everyone loves them.

This is a GREAT value! The luxury is fantastic! I bought my first set and thought that they are so superior to other sheet sets that I had purchased in the past, that just made my second purchase and I am seriously considering another couple of sets for the guest bedrooms.

  • Fabulous sheets
    Verified Purchase

I have had these since February and loved them for the cooler months. As long as I remove them from the dryer as soon as they are dry, the wrinkles are minimal although the edges do turn up without ironing. My husband, who never notices anything, actually commented on the feel. I hate to give up my winter flannels but it is hard to go back to any other sheets.

These sheets are the worst! They are thick and uncomfortable. I do not recommend them.

  • A great buy for those who like "crisp" sheets
    Verified Purchase

These sheets are an excellent buy; you wont find a better price. As a few others noted, there are a few loose threads, but they don't unravel. They just need to be trimmed after the first washing. The only thing I didn't like about the appearance is that they are rather plain on the top edge. Usually sheets will have decorative piping, or stitching etc. As for the comments some make about the heaviness of the fabric or the wrinkling, this is to be expected with 100% cotton. and high thread counts. If you are considering these, remember that high thread counts are not for everyone. Some people are misconstrued about what high thread count means. They think that the sheets are somehow supposed to feel magical. They simply are not for everyone. I happen to prefer very heavy crisp sheets. I like the crisp crinkle of them, and how cool they feel when you move to a different area of the bed when you're sleeping. It's really all a matter of personal preference, and if you don't enjoy this feeling, you should stick to lower thread counts and cotton blends.

  • Very high quality
    Verified Purchase

I was actually persuaded to buy these by an earlier review that claimed they were like canvas. I've been buying high thread count sheets for over 20 years, but it's only in the last ten or so that they've become commonplace. Along with becoming easier to find, a whole lot of cheaper, lower quality versions have appeared, using single-ply yarns that are so frail that the final product is about as substantial as tissue paper. When you can see through a 600 count sheet, it's not a good thing, but those who are come lately to the awareness that higher numbers are better seem to have no idea of what a truly good sheet should be like. That these would feel so thick and heavy to an obvious noob meant I'd chanced upon a set that would be worth buying. Indeed they are. I bought the king sized ones, and I weighed the package. The one set of them was 11 pounds. They are made with multi-ply yarn, so the fel is very rich and full, draping heavily with a lustrous sheen. No, they're not as instantly soft as the cheesy ones, but if that's all you judge by, you might as well wrap your bed in toilet paper. These are going to last for decades, and stay beautiful the whole time. The colors are deep and vibrant, which cannot be carried off by fabric that is too lightweight. The picture doesn't do them justice, the blue is darker, and the camel is more like a glossy copper. At the next sale, I'm going to pick up the green ones as well.

  • A wonderful sheet with only one small glitch.
    Verified Purchase

We have read that some folks have complained about how this material wrinkles. That it does, but it's comfort out weighs the wrinkled look by far. We can't really see why the wrinkle look is so bad considering that it will be all wrinkled up after one nights sleep anyway. This material is the best we have ever slept on. It's softness and thickness has spoiled us completely. We will never go back to a lower count sheets again. The only glitch that we have found is that the stitching is second rate. We really do not know why but we tend to think that the thread used to stitch is flawed. On three different sets now the stitching has ripped open on the corners when trying to put them on our bed. We have restitched the problem areas and have had no more problems. We will contuine to buy these sheets even though the stitching is shoddy. I do not think that these wonderful sheets would be sold at the given prices if not for some type of problem. Signed, Sleeping in pure comfort!

  • In Reply To Your Spotty Sheets....

I haven't purchased these sheets yet, but intend to, so my rating really doesn't apply, but it is a required field. In response to those wanting to know why their sheets came out spotty: My guess is you did a load of whites with chlorine bleach just prior to washing these. Most people don't know this, but washing machines always leave a little of the rinse water water behind from the previous wash. Top loaders leave less than front loaders. So, it stands to reason that if you put chlorine bleach in the dispenser to be dispensed in the rinse cycle, then you still have that diluted bleach water sitting in the bottom of the wash basket. You really should be running a rinse cycle after bleaching (doesn't have to be a high water level...just high enough to rinse out the bleach water thoroughly) and prior to the next load. Just a thought here and something to think about. It has happened to me before!

  • a slice of heaven

I cannot believe the quality and comfort of these sheets. I love the fact they are not flimsy and thin. If I wanted cheaply made thin sheets I would settle for a 250 tc sheet. These sheets are satiny and oh so soft. I washed them first so they would not be "stiff" which most folks would do anyway. I highly recommend and love these sheets. I felt like royalty
