This is exactly as described. It's not a heavy thick comforter but light and fluffy as a down comforter would feel without the feathers. Stitched throughout so it will not fall apart of bunch up unevenly. Very happy with this purchase.

It is the comforter part, not an outside cover that you put a duvet in. The outside of this one is cotton blend, the inside is silk filling, I think shredded or spun silk fibers. I put it into a colored cover that is easily washable, and it is nice and comfortable.
