I can really feel a difference in the temperature. I also purchased the cooling mattress pad and I am happy I did. I am happy with both products and would recommend to a friend.
Not impressed with this pillow. It is very dense and although I like a firm pillow, it's too firm. I won't return since I've slept on it but it has no cooling qualities either.
These cool heat and moisture reducing silk pillows were purchased for my niece and she absolutely is in love with them and sleeps so well.
This pillow is not cooling....it may start out cool but you wake up and have to flip it over. I have bad night sweats and this doesn't work as well as I expected to.
The size is great and the pillow itself does feel cool to the touch initially. Eventually, it gets warm like a regular pillow in the night. The pillows are packaged in a way that really compressed them so I recommend letting them "inflate" for a night or two before first use.
I usually never have a good experience with a new pillow. This was not the case with this pillow. It does seem to keep my head cooler as well. I usually sweat a lot and this helped.
Cool and nice pillow I would recommend ordering 2x pillows for additional comfort. The pillow has two different sides for support and cooling
