Memory Foam Tips:
- Remove from packaging within 72 hours of receipt to maximize memory foam expansion.
- This product arrives very tightly packed. Unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
- Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. After unwrapping, allow product to air for a few hours.
- Due to machine-cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.

Not what I expected.
I received the pillow, let it stand, so,it could expand all around, for the required 48-72 hours. The first time I put my head on the pillow, I knew there was a problem, the gel WAS NOT COOL TO MY HEAD and my head was lower than my shoulder. There were absolutely no firm areas in this pillow as stated. I put the pillow aside and reached for my old gel pillow, that I purchased from Overstock and is AWESOME just old. The next morning, I measured the depth of the new pillow, it was only 3" - 3 1/2" deep, not the 6" deep as stated in the description. Overstock was, as always really great in taking care of the return of this pillow for me. Once again, thank you, Overstock, for,standing behind your products!!
