Not the best
Product Option: Oil Rubbed Bronze
I wanted to give this a 5 star review based on looks alone, its really nice in person but I now see what the other reviewers were complaining about; once you have it in place and tighten the tension rod, the whole thing bows out and now has a slight curve to it. In addition, the rod wouldn't stay in place on the tiles so I had to get crafty and I glued the sticky pads from my old rod to the end of this one and it seems like its going to hold ok once I have both shower curtains up but, I need to use it first to answer honestly. It passed the "tug" test for now with only slight sliding so I might be ok. I wouldn't spend the money on this product again though, as I'm sure better, less expensive, more reliable products exist. Editing this post after a couple of weeks - The rod had to be taken down because its just too heavy and even with an attempt at double-sided tape fix, it just didn't work out. If the company would redesign this for use on tile (include the sticky rubber ends) it would be a gorgeous addition to any bathroom. Sadly, for me, it just wouldn't hold and after 4 times of falling during the night I decided to take it down.

Oil rubbed bronze shower curtain rod.
Product Option: Oil Rubbed Bronze
Nice looking, spring loaded, would be 5 star but the ends are made of hard plastic instead of rubber and don't stick to the tile on my shower very well. It kept falling off so I had to put double stick tape on them to make it stay up. Problem solved.

This looks great in a white bathroom paired with a light shower curtain. Very happy and looks much better than the glass doors our house came with

Does Not Lock Into Place
Product Option: Oil Rubbed Bronze
This rod does not "lock" into place as noted in the instructions. I thought the first one I ordered was defective so I sent it back for a replacement. I received the replacement today and same problem. The rod does not lock so it's impossible for it to stay in place. I'll be returning this one as well. For the price, I thought it would be well made but my *** rod from a box store works better than this one, it's just the wrong color.

A well constructed shower rod...
Product Option: Oil Rubbed Bronze
This is the oil rubbed bronze color I was looking for. There seems to be several different colors depending on the manufacturer. There is nice set of accessories towel bars, hook, toilet paper holder that match this style & color. I am very satisfied with both.

4 Stars
Product Option: Oil Rubbed Bronze
I like that the rod matched my faucets set for the tub and my sink. What I didn't like is the rubber tips on the end of the rod. It was very hard for my rod to stay up period. What I finally did was replaced them with the tips I had on my original rod and now I'm very satisfied. For a rod to cost this much money you need to tell the vendor to change the rubber tips because that's why so many people are having problems with the rod staying up. My original tips are smooth whereas the new rod tips are textured making it hard to adhere to certain surfaces.

Product Option: Oil Rubbed Bronze
The design is easy to use. Color is perfect for my application. Fits nicely in my shower! Follow the direction otherwise you could potentially scratch your wall/woodwork etc. That aside, still giving it 5 stars!
