I have asked for a full refund and believe you do not want a review of this product. I have returned the towels and am waiting for my refund. If one had pulled the strings the towels would have been left in pieces. I could not submit a picture as I have returned the towels. The color was perfect!
Advertised as face TOWEL. These are simple wash cloths. Cheap, thin, junk. This is NOT a towel. WASH CLOTHS. Love the verbal bait and switch. JUNK, flimsy, not worth the trouble. Even the picture is deceptive. Fat, fluffy, thick. These are thin, flat, pathetic exuceses for "towels" Don't be fooled.No wonder BB&B went under
Super soft and absorbent
Awesome product, excellent service, will buy again! :)
We are 5 months in, we invested in these towels for quality, and are severely disappointed. 1 out of the 8 is already unraveling and we are not hard on our towels. We wash them separate and do all the recommended care. These bath sheets are too expensive for them to be this fast to unravel. Disappointing to say the least.
Towels deliver beautiful and then the mint color washes away turning yellowish beige in blotches !!! Hand & wash cloths too!! Very disappointing, bought other colors and were nice. Beware of mint green…
The bath towel claims to be 54 inches in the specs, but all the packaging when received says it's 52 inches. I'll have to return it now because I need at least 54 or 55 inches towels. Love the color though, that claim was right on! What a pain to return and try and reorder. This is why I don't like shopping online…
The towels are thin and poorly made.
The material is very thin; not fluffy. Poor quality. Returned right away and had to pay high shipping cost for return.
