My order initially came in incorrect (I recieved twin sheets instead of full, and the sheets were also the wrong design). I called customer service and explained the situation. I Also explained that we'd actually decide to go with a twin size bed anyway, and how should we take care of that. I figured I'd have to return my wrong order, then place a new order, etc. Nope....they sent me a shipping label to ship back wrong order and immediately sent out the correct order...in TWIN size without my having to wait and place a new order. Excellent customer service. Very nice bed set for my daughter.
