I've been using this brand and style of pillow for years and unfortunately the most recent set I purchased is awful quality. My head sinks directly to the mattress and I wake up with awful neck pain most mornings. Wish I could return them. Will not be continuing to purchase these moving forward. Disappointed because they had been our favorite pillow for many years. :(
I would rate this a zero if I could! Item is NOT what I ordered. Quality is not the same as my last pillow and I ordered kings and was sent QUEENS! Carolina with customer service was terrible and now I'm having to return all these pillows in individual boxes to wait on my return when they sent the wrong item! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!
I have the same pillows from years ago that I purchased in the bed bath beyond store. I really like them and wanted to order more since the store has closed down. I was glad I found them online, when I received them they were folded in half in a box. I tried to fluff them up by hand and also put in the dryer on air setting. When you put your head on these pillows they are completely flattened. Waste of money. I accidentally threw away plastic they came with so I can not return them.
I have been searching for the right side sleeper pillow for years! I had an opportunity to sleep on the Indulgence side sleeper pillow while on vacation and it was great!
