Satin Polyester Made in China
These are just typical satin sheets made from polyester. The description states they are microfiber, so I expected the usual microfiber sheets in a satin weave...but the tag states they are polyester, and they definitely feel like it. Also: they are made in China, and the description makes it seem like they're from a 'green' company in New York, but I guess they just buy from China...which isn't very 'green.' They are OK satin sheets. They get softer when you wash them (and have a less poly feel). Slippery, cool to the touch, and smooth. However, because they're polyester they trap heat. They fit awkwardly. The elastic in the fitted sheet barely goes over my mattress, yet the fabric is plentiful. So I squeeze my mattress in it and yet it's never smooth because there's so much extra fabric.

These sheets were very soft and silky to the touch and quite nice on our skin. We loved the color which goes very nicely with the colors in our bedroom. We were both pleased with the quality and would recommend them to others considering satin. Gail, in Virginia

I bought two colors. And I was surprised when I got my order They are beautiful with rich jewel tone colors. And they were lined underneath. I Don't remember reading about a lining in the product description section. It was a good surprise. And I love both sets.
