I actually bought this throw for my dachsund and it is perfect. She hates the cold and always needs a blanket in the colder months. She is very attached to it and was from the day it arrived at my doorstep. Even if I did not have a spoiled dog, this throw is absolutely beautiful. Very well made and lovely, I would buy this for myself or as a gift. I actually plan on getting another one.

Def. a great deal on this quilt. Needed something pleasing to the eye but easy on the wallet. This was exactly what I needed.

I decided on this throw to hang on the wall above our bed because of the yellow flowers, its size and the light-weight material - if this were to fall off the wall on us in the middle of some night we would probably survive. It looks great there and complements the our color scheme perfectly. I was a bit disappointed in the stitches-per-inch count, especially in the green border where the thread is white. For a hand-quilted piece I would expect more exacting craftsmanship, but that's just me, and no one will notice. For the price it was a no-brainer solution for the particular decorating need. If we were going to use it as a throw-blanket I think it's a little small but perfect for covering knees on a chilly night or wrapping around your shoulders.
