I have to be careful with my pillow selection or I will end up with neck soreness in the morning. I tried this pillow and was pleased. It provides me the support I need while allowing my head to press comfortably in it. If you want a pillow that lets you fall into it, this is for you.

Pillow is more soft than medium as advertised. The head falls through in the middle and the pillow becomes almost flat. If you are actually looking for a pillow of medium fullness, probably need to buy at least firm. Not sure that I will keep the pillow for future use. In general, the pillow is nice and beautifully packaged, once again it is very soft.

If One likes more soft to medium pillow this starts off a little soft to medium pillow this starts off a little dumb thing however daunting. I gave it to my boyfriend to break in and I'm hoping it gets to a point that I'm happy with soon. My experience in buying from what I would consider quite expensive I'd say 350 and up pillows down to $50-$80 pillows I have actually been very disappointed with some of the more expensive pillows in the way that they become basically like the pillow I just replaced in way too short of a time for what I would expect quality to be for that sort of cost. Why I ordered this knowing that it might be a bit too firm for my liking but hoping over time it wouldn't just be another pillow to donate and have to search for another one.

I just got these pillows delivered yesterday. I had the best nights rest I've had in it seems forever. I'm a side sleeper so the medium is perfect for me and my husband. I woke feeling refreshed and well rested. Best of all... NO NECK PAIN!!
