Eddie Bauer Portage Bay Cotton Duvet Cover Set

The feel of the fabric and the pattern on this duvet is great. One quibble I have is with the location of the buttons. Instead of just being at the ultimate end of the duvet, they are about 5 inches in, so when you are in bed, your feet will keep going into the flap. We flipped it over to the other side so the buttons are facing up, which solves the problem, and the pattern on the reverse is ok, but then you are stuck with only using the one side and having the buttons visible. If you aren't fussed about the appearance, I guess this wouldn't matter, but for me it is a source of irritation.

The duvet cover is well constructed and looks really nice. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars was that it did not have any ties on the inside corners to secure the duvet in place. I had to sew in my own.

I bought it for the colors and I really like that about it but I was a little disappointed in how thin it was. I wash everything before i put it on the bed and the duvet cover doesnt look crisp and clean anymore, it retains small wrinkles from washing and drying that my other, thicker duvet covers dont seem to have a problem with.

I got this duvet set for a holiday bedroom. Colors are true in picture and I love that it's 100 percent cotton. A quick steam and it was good to go!

Very nice solid cotton. Held up great. We use every Christmas two years now; a nice denim cotton comforter set.

Looks nothing like picture,grey/red stripes are not colorful, they are very faded and can't even see the red stripes on it, disappointed.
