The memory foam would not keep it's shape as shown in the advertizment. The foam in the pillow was only about one inch thick and was the quality foam that you could buy at wall mart for a few dollars. The pillow was not returnable, which I did not know. The pillow was not at all as advertized, was not comfortable at all, the memory foam had no memory, and the pillow was not returnable so I threw it in the trash. Will not use this web site again and would never recommend it to a friend!!!!!!!!!

  • What's That Smell?

For some reason, this particular pillow smells like burnt hair. It's my second one at medium density. I ordered another for a friend, and I have yet another with high density: all three of those were fine, which is the reason I rated it highly and said I would recommend the product. I don't know if I got a bad one or what. I mistakenly thought I could Febreeze the smell out, or that if I left it outside long enough the smell would go away. No such luck. The first pillow like this I had literally changed the way I slept. I used to have to get up almost every night and sleep the last 3-4 hours in a chair because my back hurt so badly. For some reason, with this pillow, I don't have that problem. The only true negative I've found with both of the medium density pillows I've owned is that they don't last all that long. They're worth it, but be prepared to buy another within a few months if you like it and sleep on it nightly.
