I ordered a king medium firmness. This is like sleeping on cotton balls. Smooshed, soft, nonsupportive cotton balls..No support at all. When you lie on it, the sides of the pad curl up off the bed, even though I have a cover and a fitted sheet over it. I own 4 other mattress pads, which I purchased from *** and ***. All of them are great. I've never seen a mattress pad curl up like this one does. And...it's hot. Absolutely no difference from my other memory foam mattress pads. I will say there was very little odor.

The topper itself has been excellent. Cover included was close to being discarded due to undersized fit. Was able to finally get it on but the topper corners want to curl up.

With the twin sized bed in my Son's dorm room the bed was extremely uncomfortable nothing like at home, so I wanted a more firmer bed for him while in college and this memory form was the perfect fit and comfort. I like the products that I can purchase without going to multiple stores and having to shop at home is the best way for me to shop with my busy schedule, Thank you Overstock.com

DO NOT waste your money!!! So soft it provides no support, and provides NO cooling. Going back to Sam's to buy a quality topper, and will chop this one up for dog beds since there's no practical way to return it.

I wanted firm but it was soft as a marshmallow, sunk right down to mattress underneath. It was for the mattress in my RV but actually made it worse.
