I prefer the look of a traditional bedskirt, but being very pregnant with twins and married to someone who is done doing my nesting projects for me, I knew I could not lift the mattress by myself and this seemed like a good option so I could do it by myself. The material is pretty thin and doesn't look as crisp in the photo, but it was easy enough to do by myself and does cover the underbed area just fine, so I am happy with the purchase. If I was not pregnant I would have gone for a real bedskirt and will probably replace this at a later time with a better quality material.
First off i am so glad i didn't listen to the review below. I used starch and this bed skirt was easy to iron. It took about 25 min. I have a king bed where the box springs are not twin long. I needed something that would be a bit forgiving with how it hung because my box springs are staggered, until i can get the long box springs. I looked carefully at how all the bedskirts hung and this one just looked the best. This will go with work in with lots of other bedding just a good timeless bedskirt. I rated it a 4 because i thought the material could have been a bit more heavy, its not bad though.
Bought these for a set of twin beds with a cream colored floral bed spread. It looks great together - drapes nicely and just about touches the floor with my bed frame. Price was right and the quality is good.
