This is not a gel filled pillows like stated online...they're 100% polyester filled not gel filled...would have returned but once you cut the plastic the vacuum seal prohibits that
I think these pillows are perfect. They're fluffy, and has held their shape up for months now. I now have bought them for every bedroom.

These pillows are comfortable but are losing their support after a couple of months. They are definitely cooling and are great for someone without neck issues.
