The pillow is compressed for shipping, huge, kept me awake, difficult and expensive to return. Avoid experimenting with this item.
This is a nice pillow of decent quality. I eat dinner too late and need to use it often so I don't wake up choking on stomach juices — yeah, gross but I'm not the only one. I also sit it up when I'm reading in bed before going to sleep. It has been a worthwhile purchase.
I purchased this along with a another brand and this one is good for side sleeping. It holds on place. And it's good for those have who have acid reflux. And you stay cool all night.
