Elite down alternative pillows by Austin Horn Classics are filled by DuPont Sorona fiber mixed with pearl fiber. Sorona is derived in part from annually renewable plant based ingredients (corn). This pillow is comfortable and supportive to the head and neck. It has a 500 thread count, 100-percent sateen cotton fabric and the cover option pillow has 1-inch gusset.
