Surprisingly worked out great for 2 year old room
Transformed the look of my daughter's room with this rug! See before/after pics. Plush pile that does not mat down easy. More of a vibrant white than a cream or off-white. I opted for a larger size, as I feel typically rugs that are 6x9 or smaller on a bedroom tend to look dinky in the middle of a room. Her room is 11x13, and the rug we opted for was the 8x10. Have had for a couple months and no signs of greying or dirt in the high traffic areas yet! We do try and keep our shoes off of it. Had a very strong smell after opening due to the off gassing. We let ours air out on the back pavers outside for one full day, then placed in her room. It still had an odor for about one week, with fans turned on high and window opened up here and there. If using for a baby or you are sensitive to smells, I recommend unrolling completely open and leaving in another unused room for the whole week and then putting in place where you need. Zero signs of smell at this point. Overall happy with the purchase!
