Return Policy

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns after 30 days. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all the applicable fees including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. If an item arrived damaged, please contact us at 888-657-8436 so we can file a claim with the carrier within 7 days. We will not accept returns on damaged items if we have not been contacted first. We will not accept returns on Sports related autographed Memorabilia and Collectable Personal Care items, Cosmetics or Intimate products, electronics, Costumes purchased from Aug. 1 until Oct 30. - after October 30, food or perishable items, furniture.
