We had tried another style that slides over the knobs but could not get the tight enough. These are wonderful. The zip-style bands are adjustable and slip easily behind the knobs and then the haves click together. They have two buttons that must be pressed simultaneously to release them and thus far my VERY inquisitive grandson has not managed to undo them. One caution: If you have arthritis as I do, not only with the children not be able to undo them, but neither will you. It's not a problem - I just let someone else remove them. And I feel much safer now that the grandchildren can not access the items in the lower cabinets.

I use this product to keep my 1 year old out of the lower kitchen cabinets. You do have to use both hand to unlock it. However, the adventages outweighs the disadventages. It is adjustable. It is hard for my son to figure out. It is easy to install and remove. I can use this on door handles too.

  • Great!

I have this on the cabinet under the sink. It is the only one that my kid has not been able to open. I have tried several and this finally did the trick! Love that you have to push the center button and the bottom to open. Very safe!
