This is the second extend2fit that I have owned. We bought the first ones for my son back in November when he was born. It is a great seat. It comes with pads to help hold new borns in place that can later be removed when they grow out of them. We were recently in a wreck so I had to replace all of the kids seats. I was very impressed with how the seat preformed in an accident so I didn't hesitate to replace it with the same seat. I did order a darker color this time because breastfed baby poopsplosions stained the other seat padding

Perfect...should last my grandson until he no longer needs a car seat. Very well made out of quality materials. It's not very easy to install, but I don't think any car seat is.
