My friends sister uses the Dappi nylon pa ts forward her baby. I recently found I'd need to be wearing diapers for medical reasons. She put the baby diaper and baby pants on me. The only thing we could find were Gerber PEVA pants which seemed cheap. Found Dappi nylon pants on Overstock. The ones we have are two years old and still in the same condition as the new ones. We're certain these will last a long time. They are a comfortable fit with some stretch in the waist.
All the new parents I know put specialty burp cloths on their registries. I ignore that and buy the Gerber Flatfold diapers. First off, they are the right size. Secondly, they absorb EVERYTHING. Thirdly, you throw them in the wash. And, finally, they last forever. I am not sure that new parents have any idea how much laundry they are in for and this makes it all easier. I bought them 24 years ago when my baby was born and I still have them. Yes, they are that tough! I now use them to clean up after the dog. He, too, is a drooler. ;-)
We had the older bowls and once we got these I'm so glad we did. Not only are the durable and machine washable but I can take them on the go with us! We all have those mornings that don't go to pal and are hectic so with these bowls I can grab what they snack on and not worry about a mess in the car! Really is a great collection!
