Our EcoCore Crib Mattresses are designed to help little ones sleep safe and sound. We start with an eco-friendly, poly fiber core and cover it with a completely hygienic, easy-to-clean cover. The EcoCore contains no latex, glue, foam or springs for a more comfortable night's sleep. The soft touch covers are spun from special fibers that are naturally flame retardant with no VOCs, phthalates, or flame retardant chemicals. They are also naturally resistant to dust mites, mold, mildew, and other allergens. The EcoCore 200 Reversible Firm Crib Mattress has a poly fiber core made from over 200 recycled bottles and provides a fully reversible firm sleep surface.

Fully reversible — Firm sleep surface designed for infants. Can also be used for toddlers. But if a softer toddler side is desired, select an EcoCore 250 or 300.
Soft touch cover — Made of 100% polyester to help keep sleep temperatures cool and comfortable. Spun from special fibers that are naturally flame-retardant. No VOCs, phthalates, or flame retardant chemicals. Naturally resists dust mites, mold, mildew, and other allergens. Water and stain resistant. Easy to clean to help prevent mold and bacteria.
EcoCore — Poly fiber core made from over 200 recycled plastic bottles. No foam or springs means a more comfortable night's sleep. No latex or glue, and no off gassing. Lightweight, making sheet changes easy.
Independently tested for safety — Tested by a third party CPSC-accepted accredited lab to meet or exceed safety standards set by ASTM International and the Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC), including those of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).
Standard size — 52" x 28" x 5.5" (132.1 x 69.9 x 14.0 cm). Fits full-size cribs.
