Jonas Persson
Swedish Olympian and University of Utah Assistant Swim Coach
Jonas Persson joined the University of Utah swimming and diving coaching staff in 2011. He is a former University of Tennessee All–American and competed in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China, for his homeland of Sweden, where he placed 5th as a member of Sweden's 4x100 free relay team and 11th as part of the 4x100 medley team.

Persson was also a member of the 2008 European championship 4x100 free relay team and the 2010 European bronze medalist squad. During his career, he won more than 10 national championships in Sweden and remains a Swedish record–holder, making him the No. 2–ranked sprint freestyler in the history of the country.

Persson obtained a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science in Sports Studies degree from the University of Tennessee and also served as a graduate assistant on the staff of 2011 SEC Coach of the Year, John Trembley.
Lindsey Olson Anderson
Steeplechase Olympian and Weber State University Assistant Track & Field Coach
Lindsey Olson Anderson is an assistant coach for the Weber State Track & Field team. She is a former Weber State All-American and competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China.

Anderson is one of the top runners in Weber State and Big Sky conference history. She was a nine-time Big Sky Conference Champion, two–time NCAA All–American, and set the NCAA record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase. In 2007, Lindsey placed third in the USA Track and Field National Championships to earn a spot on the United States team to the 2007 World Track and Field Championships in Osaka, Japan. She holds Weber State school records in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (9:39.95) the 5,000 meters (16:00.77), and the 10,000 meters (33:16.12).

Anderson attended Morgan High School in Morgan, Utah where she earned four letters in track, four in soccer, three in cross country, and two in basketball.
Sherilee Rowley Olson
Mother of Utah Olympian, Lindsey Olson Anderson
Sherilee Rowley Olson is the mother of 2008 Beijing Olympian Lindsey Olson Anderson. Sherilee grew up on Cherry Hill Farms in Santaquin, Utah and attended Payson High School in Payson, Utah, where she enjoyed playing sports, especially volleyball. She married Scott Olson, also of Santaquin, in 1984 and is the proud mother of five children: twins Lindsey and Angela, Jared, Tiffany, and Karen. Sherilee is very involved in the community and, above all, loves spending time with her family and grandchildren.
