  • The laptop has performed flawlessly so I can only assume the warranty is good I can only say Overstock has been the easiest store to deal with I have ever had any dealings with and don't believe they would be associated with any fly by night warranty company .

    Laptop service plans are so important, and this one might come in handy. Haven't had to use it yet, but it's so great to have the peace-of-mind in case I do.

  • I am glad that I ordered this protection it gives me the ease of knowing that if something goes wrong I will be protected. The protection was added on to the cost of the computer therefore it was no waiting. I have not had to use it but I am glad I have it.

  • I will never buy a refurbished laptop again. I thought it would be okay since I bought the extended warranty on it, but a couple months after getting the computer, sparks starting shooting out of the charger while it was plugged in. Then soon after, the computer just would not turn on. I called, hoping that they could simply send me a new computer and charger. They said they could have done so if it had happened within 30 days, but since it was 38 days, they could not. I would have to box my computer and charger up, mail it to them, and wait for 3 weeks or so for them to repair it and return it to me.

  • I have not had to use my 2 year laptop service plan with accidental damage protection as of yet. I am hoping that if I DO ever have to use it that it lives up to all of my expectations.

  • What can you write about a service plan?

    I haven't had to occasion to use the service plan, so there isn't much I can write about it, except that it provides some security for any problems that might arise with my lap top in the future.

  • I hope I don't need it.

    Since buying a refurbished electronic product, I wanted extra protection. I usually don't go for the extended warranty, however, this added an extra two years and I'm covered even if it's my fault.

  • 2 Year Service Plan w/ADH

    Excellent, as I nave had problems with movies that have been bought in a store that stop intermittently, or have even stopped playing on screen and have no warranty to go with them. It came to me a surprise that this was offered.It is my hope that the warranty will not be used and IO can show and tell where I received ;all these great benefits.

  • Best price on an extended warranty

    Before I added this service plan to my laptop purchase, I checked ***com which is where I normally purchase my extended warranties. The price and coverage was better one this one, which surprised me because *** normally beats everyone else by far.

  • Lenovo Thinkpad

    This is a very small lap top with a rotating screen that is made very cheaply. I am very glad that I bought this from the big O because it needed to be returned, and they took it back for a credit. The battery mechanism was totally toast when I got it. The machine would not run. Made very lightly. I suggest another brand for those who need this type of unit.
