So Im being asked to evaluate the last purchase I made with Overstocked. Well I have paid for and received a HP23 color ink cartridge that wont work in my HP 882C printer. According to your service representative, Its your (my) fault. Why because I read past the first screen shot; didnt scroll down to read the rest of the product information. From his standpoint he is absolutely correct. There is a responsibility for the buyer. From my standpoint I got screwed. Why ..? I have never never run into a situation where a HP23 cartridge wouldnt work in my HP 882C printer. Besides if theres a compatibility problem, then that info should be pointed out on you first viewing window; not some where down the line. How many folks have gotten screwed like me. Well you site indicates NO returns NO refunds! Its obvious Im not the first fool to make such a purchase mistake. Next I sent in a customers product evaluation to your website, indicating my problem and suggesting future buyers read the entire product site before making a purchase. TO DATE THIS EVALUATION HAS NOT BEEN PRINTED. Hummm All that said no body likes to get screwed. Guess Im close my Overstock account and do our shopping at Amazon.com. Thanks anyway, Wm. S. The HP 23 remanufactured cartridge arrived in good condition and the color was good. However, the HP 45 black cartridge I purchased some time ago, as a back-up, does not work. I had purchased a couple of which one worked fine but the other did not work at all.
