Wow what a deal!!!
I got this vacuum because we have two dogs and a shag rug that sheds just like the dogs. We had hair everywhere. In 5 minutes I can now vac up all the hair and misc on the hard wood floors and on the area carpet. It is light, easy to use and just perfect. Without a cord you can just grab and go anywhere with it quickly. Very powerful and picks up everything. I can't think of any reason not to get his vac.

amazing little machine
i love this little vacuum! i live in a very small apartment with wood, carpet and tile floors. this dyson works so well on every surface, is so compact and extremely easy to use. i love the attachments and the variety of uses. it can act like a dustbuster in one room and cleans my carpet just as well as my last big and bulky cleaner.

Great purchase
We love this vacuum cleaner. We do not have the space for a huge and heavy Dyson machine, but this vacuum cleaner does the job and it's very light and easy to store. My only complaint is that the battery runs out pretty fast so we need to charge it every time we use it. Other than that it has fulfill my expectations and we are happy with this purchase.

I' purchased the DC35 about a month ago. It works as described. It is easy to maneuver, easy to store. it holds a charge well, great suction. No problems so far.

Refurbished is what I got.
I didn't want to spend almost $*** for a new Animal, so I saw this one refurbished and thought I would give it a try. I do like the quality of the suction the Dyson offers, however, the switch does not stay on unless I keep my finger on it. It gets tiresome after a while. I am not sure this is supposed to be this way, but maybe that why it was refurbished. the easy empty canister is great. The attachments are easy. One complaint is that the battery runs out quick and just stops. No warning. I have mixed feelings about this. I replaced another brand of cordless stick broom that ran out quickly too. Guess I am expecting too much.

BEEN WANTING THIS ONE REALLY BAD BUT WAS WAITING TILL THE PRICE GOT LOWERED AND SURE ENOUGH I FOUND IT HERE FOR A LITTLE OVER A $!@#%^& AND YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT AND I HAVE USED IT TWICE BUT I JUST GOT IT! THANKS!

Great vacuum for hard floors
This is my 2nd refurbished Dyson. My first, an original yellow one, is still going strong, nearly 8 years later. My current house has hardwoods downstairs and carpet up, with carpeted steps. It was just a pain carrying the big yellow one downstairs and my dogs white fur on my dark hardwood floors gave me daily anxiety. I was hesitant to spend so much money, even on something refurbished, so I actually purchased another companies stick cordless vacuum new for ***. It barely worked out of the box, so back to the store it went and I ordered this. It came, looked brand new and works fantastic! The battery life has never been a problem and holding the button in to make it run has also never been an issue. It sucks up the dog fur and all the dust great. My only issues with it is that it isn't great on carpet, especially shag (I have a large shag rug downstairs so I still end up carrying the big dyson downstairs every so often to get it very clean. My other issue I have with my original dyson as well and it looks like others do too as they have started a design to rid their uses of this problem...when it sucks up my long hair, they get entangled all around the brush to the point where I have to get out scissors to cut the hair off of the brush. I think this is a problem with any vacuum with a brush system. Even given the two negatives, I would buy this again in a heartbeat and would surely buy it refurbished to save *** for the same, high quality product. I love dyson vacuums!!

Great product!
This is my 3rd Dyson. My original Dyson Animal I bought at the full purchase price. My daughter loved it so much that when I came across the refurbished items on Overstock, I decided to give it a go for a Christmas gift. I bought her the orange ball model. It came looking like new, running like new, and no one would know otherwise. Since I have 2 flights steps in my townhome and I'm on the other side of 50, I got tired of lugging my Dyson Animal up the steps and decided to give this cordless model a try. I couldn't be more pleased. Again, it arrived packaged like a new product, looks like a new product and works like a charm. For anyone who doesn't want to invest in a new Dyson vacuum at the hefty price we all know about, this is the answer. For refurbished Dyson products, Overstock is the place to shop.

Good Dyson refurbished vacuum
It does a good job on floors and carpet. Easy to put together, battery life is good and very light weight. This was a refurbished vacuum, appears to work perfectly, no complaints. One does have to hold the power button in when using. Would be better if Dyson created a feature eliminating that. Overall a good unit.
