    When I read 'cool air' I thought it had a special feature to 'cool' the air, but it works the same as a regular fan just that this is a fancy one. Haven't really tried the heat part of it, but it I am assuming it works.

The item would be in a plain brown package. There might be a scratch or two. If there is a scratch or any wear, it would be very minor. Most people say that they can't even tell it's refurbished.
