I made several of the recipes. They tended to be on the spicy side. I follow the diet fundamentals but do not use the recipes. I have lost 10 pounds in 8 days. As far as th diet, I would recommed it. The recipes, I would use for inspration but I would use my own spice combinations. If using these receipes, be cautious on the amount of spices you use and the combinations used.
