While I may have missed it in the description, I didn't know I'd have to put this lamp together...and although the directions weren't the best...I mostly put it together by looking at the picture I had printed out of the lamp...and common sense! However, I am thrilled with how this looks in our entryway...because it perfectly compliments the scrollwork "arch" we have hanging over our front door. Great look, quality and price. Very satisfied!
