For the price, it is a great purchase. I hung it in an office and looks super. One of the lights had a short and after assembling all the crystals...I did not want to take it all down. My husband ran to Home Depot and fixed it. Shades were white...I replaced them. Minor shipping movement on the lights bent so had to reposition. Overall..I love it and it works perfectly in my new office.
