I originally bought these for my living room as ottomans only..... not real concerned about the storage aspect. I was looking for something relatively inexpensive and in a burgandy/wine color. When I saw how much storage there actually was, especially in the large one, I moved that one upstairs and stashed an amazing amount of craft stuff in it (so I don't always have to look at the stuff). I really like these and wish they came in a dark rust color so I could move the large one back downstairs. About the only kind of negative thing is that the fabric covering kind of puckers in places but doesn't matter for what I need.
