I received my bands and it appeared to be one of the best I've seen. Then on the first use of the yellow band, it snapped off about 4 inches from the handle. I wasn't happy. I then contacted the company, Valor, directly who apologized and promptly shipped me a replacement. They didn't even ask for the old one back.
