I ordered the cable because the book for my tv says I need it if I'm hooking my laptop to my tv. This did not work and I have no way to stream a movie from comp to tv. I have called best-buy, radio shack, toshiba (makers of laptop) walmart and emerson (where I got tv and who made it) and no one has any answers, other than buying another tv with vga hookup, instead of all the hdmi hookup. ***Cust svce were quick to credit my account for my purchase and offer any support they could.
