This is a nice cart and good price IF you have the extra parts and the muscle and time to make it work and put it together. The reviews I read prior to buying said it was a challenge, and they were right! The wheels had to be sanded on the shafts for this to work and no, not talking a little rub here and there...but all paint sanded completely off. It was a frustrating experience to get this put together but I was determined and had to have professional help. The outcome of the cart is great...and eventually a good value if you have the patience and help to make this happen.
