Stayed on the diet for 7 days and lost 4 lbs. I only need to lose 8-10 lbs. Diet says you won't get hungry but I did, so I ate extra snacks. The shakes that you drink tasted good and are filling. I tried a couple of the recipes and they were good. I will try this diet again after Christmas. I really started this diet at the wrong time of year. Book is easy to read and to understand.
