I was quite amazed when I opened that thick cook book and saw so many wonderful recipes. The color photos of each cake livens your taste buds, it does mine everytime I open it. I ordered both of her books, "The Cake Mix Doctor" and " The Cake Mix Doctor Returns", and I have only had them 4 weeks and have tried 5 recipes. They were easy and very pleasing to all. The strawberry cake, TO DIE FOR!!
