This floor provides good cushioning and is very easy to install. If you're doing primarily veritical exercises it's fine. If you do exercises with horizontal movement (squat thrusts etc), the joins don't hold and the tiles shift. This can be remedied by putting another solid mat or carpet remnant on top of the tiles. This isn't difficult, but I didn't know I'd have to do this.
