The pillow is great for anyone with night time refiux problems. The only thing that is missing is a second cover so it can be laundered while the other is in use. It would have been nice to be able to buy an additional cover since it is not the size of any normal pillow case. I looked everywhere on the Internet and could not find a cover for sale.
