We have a pillow-top mattress that started to feel uncomfortable and were going to buy a new set of mattresses. I decided to try the memory foam topper. My husband and myself love this thing. We sleep all night long. With the pillow top and the 4 inch topper, sheet are a problem, but I use my deep pocket (18") sheets and they work pretty well. I am going to order another topper for a bed in one of our spare bedrooms. Well worth the money
