I was skeptical about how much of a difference it would make, shipping was quick. You have to be careful getting it laid out but once on the bed i was amazed and still am at how much more comfortable our bed is. You sink into it and i have slept so much better. The price is really good when compared to others i have seen. It's not what i would call 4" because 1 side is eggcrate shaped but we have it flipped to the flat side anyway... well worth the price!
