I am quite happy with this dishrack. I would have like more cup holders (I don't expect to use the wineglass rack) but using the flip-top section I can put items on both levels, so that helps. I'm not sure I would use it flipped completely open since then there are parts of the rack that will drip on the counter - not the tray.
