I bought two sets of these towels a few weeks ago. (Latte and Truffle) Ran them through the washer and dryer according to the laundry instructions on the correct water temperature and dryer setting several times before use. I was impressed with their fluffiness and their color retention. The darker color (truffle) had more lint, which is true to what I've found with all darker colored towels, but nothing unexpected. And with it each wash/dry, the lint problem became less. I was happy with their quality and they appeared to launder well without pulls or unraveling. (The latter is why I was replacing towels that weren't that old but had literally fallen apart after just a few washings. They were from a major department store and comparable in price to these towels.) So into the bathroom they went. Sadly after a couple of weeks of use, I'm finding the wash cloths are fraying badly. I really didn't expect this. I use them strictly to wash my face, and that's just not that much abuse. So far, the hand towels and bath towels are still looking good, but when you buy a matching set, you don't expect to have one part of it go to pot quite so fast.
