Hi, We purchased this product about a month ago. It arrived early, was packaged perfectly, easy to set up, and we are finally sleeping! We really like the bed. It took a few nights to get acclimated to the bed since it is quitedifferent from the lod one. It seems to be warmer but we adjusted to that as well. We are happy with the purchase and recommend it.
