Very happy with the first chair I received-very impressed! So I quickly ordered a second. However the second chair was not the same quality and had an obvious manufacturing defect at the front of the chair. Overstock was awesome and sent me another chair as a replacement immediately!. The replacement was perfect and my skeptical partner was even impressed. Will be sure to shop Overstock again.
