I previewed the rug on several different computers - since image quality and color vary from computer to computer - before buying this rug. When I actually received the rug, the 'ivory' appeared very dirty and spotty, seemed to be discolored or that maybe someone spilled tea or coffee throughout, and the grey was actually black strands and white strands speckled throughout. True black and white can make grey - but it shouldn't be called grey when they are individual strands of b/w. The image/description of the rug appears much cleaner and sharper in color, in actuality it looks old and dirty. The delivery of the rug was speedy and I received within a couple of days of ordering. Returning it was a different story. There was much debate with Customer service, once resolved, UPS arrived in about 3 days to pick up the rug. It then took about a week and half to be returned and I received my credit. However, Overstock charged me for the return! A total of about $69. I lost money on this transaction even though the carpet was not as described on the website and it was dirty. (In comparison with a BB&B product that was wrong - they paid for the return). I was very excited at the beginning, but it turned into an unfortunate event.
